After returning back to the Hudson Valley in 2019 after a five year global marketing stint in Ireland, Jessie had a business idea she had seen in Ireland that had been wildly successful. She was determined to figure out how to bring this to Millbrook & the surrounding areas, as she knew it would be a fantastic concept to introduce to the area.

After finding the perfect trailer to convert in 2020, and over a year of many hurdles, the Fizzy Filly Bar launched in August 2021. Since then, The Fizzy Filly has been a popular addition to private events, weddings, brunches, corporate events, graduation parties and all types of celebrations. With the success of our bar trailer & bar services, we’ve expanded our bar offerings to accommodate all sorts of bar services. From the Iconic Trailer to cozier winter gatherings, we look forward to working with you.
